I may have one from a 2.8 here I will go look, it has been so long I may have scrapped it. I know mine ate a bunch of them from kentucky motors until I finally broke down and bought one from ford and never touched it again.

Figured you may have one. Its a 89 w a older motor is there anyway you can make a elect one work?

I don't know of any difference in the 2.8/2.9 distributors. Should be a standard TFI setup. The oil pump shaft runs in the middle of it. I think I found it but I cannot tell if it is a 2.8/2.9 or a 3.0 and the tfi module has already been robbed.
