How much better would a 351 run with the following mods compared to a 302?
1995 E350 351
Edelbrock Performer EFI intake
Crane roller rockers
Stock Cam
75mm Throttle Body
80mm MAF
24lbs. Injectors
C&L intake
Pulleys
BBK swap headers with 3" exhaust

No replacement for displacement...
It will run a bit better but you will be really disappointed with that stock cam and stock heads.
If I had the option of a stock 351w or a explorer motor 302...I'd take the explorer 302. Now if you put some decent heads on it along with a decent cam, the advantage goes to the 351w.

Correct, but the bigger the boosted motor, the bigger the power. Therefore, no replacement for displacement lol...

Thats my thoughts thats why I did a 427w with boost this time. Its what I should have built the first time, but got talked out of it.

This. Can't put 302 parts on a 351 and expect better results.

That's a tough one right there.....an iron GT40 headed 351 is essentially what the '93 Lightnings had and they were pretty stout. I would say you should make at least as much HP as the 302 and a bit more torque, with lots of room to grow.
I'd say, get some P heads and mill them down to bump compression, put them on a 351 with a Stage 1 cam and you should have a pretty fun street motor. Of course, all that still applies to a 302 too, but later on down the road when money comes for aftermarket heads, you'd be better off if you started with the 351.
