What is this vac line for???

I think this is part of the egr vac line, but not 100% sure. It has an electrical connector on the back of the little canister thing and I want to make sure it's part of the egr system since i have removed the egr stuff and want to make sure all the vac lines are plugged.

That one broke on my '94 a while back, I think it might have something to do with the heater controls. I tried wrapping it with electrical tape when the connection started getting bad, and only had defrost. Found some vacuum line on a junk vehicle at a friends, and fixed it right up. Then I had all my heater/ac functions again.

Cant remember right now where the other end went, but it was a long hose.

I dont believe that is for EGR. Looks like it is something for the heater box controls inside to me.

It turned out to be the fuel vapor evap purge solenoid.
