I have a set of stock fox control arms that have BRAND NEW eurathane bushings and BRAND NEW TRW ball joints. They have absolutely ZERO miles and were NEVER even bolted on. Found out the hard way that they wont work with my UPR tubular k member

$100 please. All parts are new.

Ive had that exact setup on a upr k member.

That's what I've been told too by a lot of people but the tabs aren't far enough apart for the bushings, and the bolt holes on my k member aren't outboard enough to put the bolts thru my control arms

Its the bushings. You just have to pursed them with grease, hammer and mybe a grinder. They will fit.

I'll give it a shot, but it looks like the holes on the k member are too close to the engine side. And the arms wont go all the way it. But hell, as soon as I get done helping my buddy put shackles and mounts on his ranger i'll do that. Thanks for the tip Jim

There may be alittle bit of material youll have the grind off the back side of the a arm to get them to fit then.Thats what has to be done to stockers to QA1 k meber.Prolly them same on the upr to stockers. Not that big of deal.

I'll do that. I was pretty pissed when I JUST pressed the balljoints in lol. I also think I really need to take some of the bushing material off each side of the bushing too like you said.

I ran into the same thing with my QA1 crap. I even though about welding on new tabs and redrilling the holes to make them work as well. I went with sphericals and still had to make them fit.

Ground the back of the control arms down, shaved the bushings down. Still didn't work. Pulling the balljoints out and Throwing them away. Not for sale.
