T5 fluid q

Which type of ATF does everyone run in theor t5's? Does anyone reccomend running a synthetic or just the regular old atf?

Synchromesh is recommended for TKO series transmissions, the T5's have a sticker that says dextron on them. I would use a synthetic auto trans fluid if it were me.

Ive got pennzoil synchromesh in my zspec t5
