I accidentally flattened my hard fuel lines right where they go underneath the rear corner of the k member on the passenger side.

They feed isn't completely flat but very close and the return is completely flat. Either way, I'm going to replace or fix both lines.

Is there any way to repair just the section of line? I've looked around and found that Dorman makes a steel fuel line repair kit, but it's $170. Classic tube also makes prebent stainless lines but they're $179 for the feed and $109 for the return line $$$$$

What are my options here besides going full fuel system?

If I can't find anything cheaper than that, I'm just going to go ahead and sell the 255 pump, tank and the lines and fittings from my fuel rail kit and buy a Glenn's build your own kit since I already have the Aero rails and regulator.

buy some replacement line, flare it and couple it.

If you need the factory lines, I have a set I'm not going to use. The are on the car and I'll need to pull them off. $40

Let me know if you want them...

Are they in good shape? For $40, I'll have to take you up on that.

Better yet, how bout an even trade for that alt bracket we talked about a little while back?

You can buy steel line at napa for like $15 and that more that enough to fix both lines.

Advance sells the poly armour coated line in 25 ft lengths. If you need the fuel bubbles on them get them cut to size and bring them up I can put the bubble in them for you. I have the mastercool set that makes all those specialty flares.

Yeah, in good shape. I just bought them from mustang3091 and put them on. I decided to stick with the carb.

That will work...I'll get them off sometime this week.
