Wondering if anyone has used the door panels offered on 5.0 resto in their cars. I am working on switching to an all black interior in my 89 and haven't a mint set on any of the interiors I have located. just wanting some feedback before I drop $400 on them.
Thanks,
Chris

Man they better be crazy nice for that price. Personally i'm going with a dye job until i find a parts car with a black interior so i don't have to pay a fortune for it a piece at a time.

just picked up a 5.0 lx hatch with all black interior.. Found it parked in a driveway for sale while I was working. The door panels are shitty in it but I think everything else in it is going to clean up nice. I don't want to have super nice everything and then some crappy door panels.

True...are they nice enough to dye though? That's a lot of cash for just door panels. The bad part is, door panels are going to be one of the first things to wear in a dyed interior so you might be better off if you can afford it.

We are actually changing out the interior of the car because of previous dye jobs. It is all in good shape , but every piece is a slightly different variance of gray. The car is far to nice to have that. Plus with how dark the rest of the car is a nice black interior will look much more fitting.

I know. As soon as I saw the car in his picture I pm'ed him and asked if he wanted to sell it. If I didnt have to dump so much money into my pile I would love to have a clean N/A car. Love the color combo!!

Thanks guys.. I really was pleased when the car was sprayed out. I should have it somewhat finished this spring.
