IS THERE SUCH A THING? cylinder 8 is getting too hott because to sharp of a bend in my current headers any ideas?

Are u sure its not a spark plug problem?

yes checked the plugs intake seal lifters pushrods everything seems to be correct

It wouldn't matter if you put 302 headers on it, that wouldn't make the cylinder get hot. A 351 isn't going to make a bunch more heat than a 302 and the heads are essentially the same thing. The only difference between the two style headers is how far they come down and together to mate up with the H pipe. You have a lean condition on that cylinder.

check tps voltage & timing? seems like itd be a plug issue though..unless the injectors fucked. try colder plugs?
