Does it have the magnetic base too? If so, my roommate has one like it. It's pretty handy. If I weren't 350 miles away I'd buy it from you.

Definitely a good light.....my first lasted 2 years, and I forgot it somewhere in the suspension of my gf's jeep and it liberated at 55mph.....got it back, and still works great, mag base is long gone though. Got a new one for x-mas this year though....they work great.
