it cant have good pressure if it has no 1-2-3. Just guessing........ I would say there is a leak in the forward clutch. Reverse has a boost valve and produces much more pressure then any forward gear. So normally it might have 300 psi in reverse, with a 150 psi leak you still have 150 working psi. In forward if you have a 180 psi, and have a 150 psi leak, well you only have 30psi of working pressure. I dont think it really matters much, it would need pulled and gone through. If it truely does have good pressure, then it might have flipped the beville spring in the forward smoking the clutches

When cold evenreally bad clutches can work, the problem is definately forward clutch related.

you never said it was just apart..... probably didnt get the hub all the way down and missed the last clutch or something. So you had it apart and didnt rebuild or touch anything else, huh????? why did it need a new hub? I have a feeling there is more to your story.
