Don't know much about heads and cams but I'm looking to replace my stock ones with something else. Any suggestions?
is it for the car in your avatar? which looks like a new edge gt to me?
if thats the case, im not sure about cams, but it seems like trick flow has the heads to get right now. i would wait for someone with personal experience with them though.

Heads I suggest Trick Flow or Modular head shop. Cams I definately suggest the modular head shop custom ground setup.

I would say the TFS for sure. If for nothing else you can run bigger cams on the stock shortblock.

I'm a dealer for modular head shop and they have some great cams, but the TFS heads and cam combo can't be beat with your TFS intake you are getting too.

I dont have much of a choice im leaking something that looks like oil in the intake and ford said that i have a small blown head gasket on the passenger side.

I find it very hard to believe you have a blown head gasket on a mild NA 2V. The MLS head gaskets don't usually fail and the gasket is indeed blown then there is something seriously wrong like a warped head. Has it ever been over heated?
With the TFS heads there are 5 choices. The basic version with 38 and 44 cc combustion chambers, The track heat version with higher rate valve springs that come in both 38 and 44 CC variations, and then finally the new R head which may or may not be available yet. The R heads are suppose to flow somewhere around 295 CFM and would be awesome for an all out race engine but for a street car I think the track version with the 125# springs would be the best choice. If you want to go boosted the 44cc heads would be better but if you want to get the most NA power the 38cc heads would be best. Stock PI heads tend to be about 42cc's.

Im hoping its not a blown head. I really dont have the money for it right now. im just going by what Ford said. Plus when i saw liquid in the Intake, TB,and plenium I kinda freaked out. No it never has Over headed, there was a loss of coolant in the resivor tank. nothing on the ground so makes me think that it was an air pocket or something from when I put a new water pump on. But thanks for the Info on the Heads. cuz im going to get them eventually.

You have o pull the coolant temp sensor to top the coolant off on these motors or their will be an air pocket a the sensor.

No, but it would be a good idea to upgrade them and get a tune.

The trick flow cams have a good price and aren't bad, specs are similar to other major companies, I know who makes them for them and they do the best work IMO, however I like Nick's specs better. Modulars are scarce on torque anyway, you don't want to sacrifice much.

Don't forget the awesome benefit of having replaceable cam journals with the TFS heads :cool1:
You could also do a 32v swap which would give you a few more options on the F.I. front... just depends on how involved you want to get.

32 valve always stricks an intrest... are you talking about any aftermarket 32v or a stock cobra 32v. cuz i thought if ya went to a 32v you had to change the block also?

Any set of 32v heads(recommend the c heads). They will bolt on to your existing block. Front timing cover, front dressing, intake will have to be swapped out. Your existing wiring harness needs some minor modifications but pretty easy overall.
