Not Trying to second guess you but salvage means you can't tag it until it's been inspected then changed to a rebuilt title. Rebuilt means it's ready to be tagged and legal to be street driven. So is it salvage or rebuilt. it will say rebuilt on the title.

The car does have rebuilt title.

I know this guy personally, he works with me the car is nice and runs good. I also know the guy that fixed the car and it was done right.
