I have a 91GT, and after driving, it won't start back up. The previous owner said he had the same problem...said he replaced the starter and alternator, and i've replaced the battery. Maybe a bad ground? Might go somewhere and get it scanned....any help is greatly appreciated!

does it just crank or will it not even do that?

it will crank until the battery goes dead....will start up fine after it sits for about 20 minutes.

the plug on the front of the dizzy. its like 50 bucks so try to find a good one first to try. and you will need a 5.5 mm thin wall socket. its called the TFI modual.

well the grease is more to keep the temps evenly spread on the TFI it self. when you get a new one make sure you grab some grease and coat it on the two serfaces. Should be good to go.

yeah, i'll make sure and use the grease on the new tfi install, also gonna change plugs and wires while i'm at it.

just put another distributor in it, and plug wires.....wow, can't believe the difference in power! it's still hard starting, but not as bad. think i'll change the starter next and see if that helps...?
