Solid engine drop mounts. Would not work on my windsor, caused the pan to hit the rack.

$50

Did it hit pretty solid against the rack? Which k-member? I want a set of solid mounts, but I don't know if I'd have the same issues as you or not.

Are you just going with standard height solids?

Stock k-member and they didn't seem close. Planning on stock height. Also, original post should read: "Would not work"

I guess I need to plan on some stock height ones too then. My pan already looks pretty close with stock mounts right now.

Know what part number?

Paul,

I believe these are Holcomb motorsport drop mounts. I found a thread on the corral that talks about a set they had that were bent wrong and the guy posted some pics. They fit exactly like mine did. I sent Holcomb an email to see if they would replace them. So, drop mounts may work after all. I'll keep you posted...

So, these are not for sale until I figure out what the deal is with them.

Sounds good. I'll keep an eye on here.

I used some grade 8 washers as shims on my old HPM 3/4" drop mounts between the block and mounts to raise the oil pan just a enough to not touch the rack. Worked fine for years for me that way.
