I am getting a front done right now , 399 at dg custom chrome in norwood. Affordable is not in the same sentence with chroming because of all the epa b.s.

I dont mind paying for quality if that is what I get . I had some of Bumper Boys bumpers and they started rusting after I put them on . They had been in dry storage for 2 years before I put them on . I had also hoped some of the folks in the hills may not have to deal with all the epa stuff.

I really dont even no how many shops are left. When i dropped mine off last week they said 3 weeks till i would get it back.

I dont think you will get many replies on this site for people having bumpers rechomed. Most of this guys here dont no that they made cars with chrome bumpers.

I had a customer that just had some chrome wheels de chromed at D-G seemed like they did a real nice job. But what fasthawk said, chrome is just flat expensive.

When you see the chemicals used in the plating process you might not think the EPA regulations are BS.

I'm not sure if they do refinishing work but you can check out Hohman Plating in Dayton.
