It's a dark day, but I have a lot of other priorities right now. The price is $10,200 and no price of mine is ever firm...OBO. May consider trades of (SUV,Truck, Jeep Wrangler) anything that can haul family(must have a back seat!) I know the market sucks right now....yada yada....but I will need to get somewhat close to my asking price or I will keep it. There is a lien on it through my credit union(well below asking price). Now for the particulars:
Mileage: 41,xxx I'm driving it daily right now, so this will change.
stock block/heads/cam/tranny (Tremec 3650) Steeda triax shifter
JLT CAI in the fender with (PMAS meter?) Mr. Bell can correct me if that's wrong
70mm TB with C&L plenum
MAC chrome long tubes/ Mac offroad prochamber/Pypes Violator stainless out the back
UPR tubular Kmember with coilovers (14/175)
UPR "shark" cc plates
Strange 10 way adjustable struts
firewall clutch adjuster
welded subframe connectors
Rear end: welded 8.8 with 9" ends, cobra brakes, 373, Moser 33 spline spool and axles, trick flow diff brace
Tuned by Dayton Performance with SCT Xcal II 260rwhp
Fall of 2010 it went 12.43 @ 107 with 430 gears. I had to replace the rear end after that pass. Dayton Performance has done most of the work on the car.

The paint is in great shape. The previous owner did have an off road excursion. The carfax listed it as "very minor damage". However, there are some sanding marks on the passenger rear quarterpanel. It is fine structurally, they just did not smooth it enough before paint. I've had the car since 2007. I bought it with 22,000 miles. It never saw snow until my DD broke down last month. I am keeping my eye out for a non-spool rear end, but would be happy to sell it with the spool still in it. I will update later with the things that I am sure I am forgetting. I no longer have the slicks and skinnies. This is a great street/strip car with extremely low mileage. I only went to the track a couple times a year. I'll post the pics in a minute.

There's plenty of banks out there. Open an account at a credit union.

Credit unions seem a lot more willing to loan money right now.

I am trying to figure out how a 260 horsepower car did a 12 second quarter mile.

I am trying to figure out how a 260 horsepower car did a 12 second quarter mile.

Drivermod went 11.90's with that kind of power although is was quite a lot lighter. With more practice and some weight reduction this would be a consistent 12.40-12.50 car.

I ran 12.70's consistently in the heat with full interior. 12.43 was ideal conditions with no carpet or passenger seat. I did have my sons booster seat in the back!

Same way a 100 hp bike goes 9's. Power to weight distribution, traction and driver mod. Guy knows his car and how to drive it. And the dyno numbers he has are accurate and proven on the track.

I personally would have to see it. I know why a bike is so fast because it weighs nothing. My mustang is slightly over 400hp and its a mid to high 12 second car. I have no doubts about the 260 horsepower. I dont know where you could get rid of enough weight to get the car to pull into the 12s. Esepcially considering a 300horse 05 mustang would be lucky to go into the 13s and your car stock would be a low 14second car. I dont see enough weight reduction to get a car thats about 30 more horse then stock to get into the mid 12s

My old 88 mustang ran 12.4 at 3400 lbs 250 HP at the wheels. Same car ran 11.90 with 300 at the wheels. All on bfg drag radials. It can be done suspension has to work and I beat it like it owed me money. Nice car btw

Yeah gorgeous car love the color. Mine is a 06 supercharged mustang with the bigger injectors long tube headers off road hpipe and sss axel back exhaust. pulling 6lbs boost on the dyno a little over 400 horsepower. Running on drag radials I think the best time was a 12.6 under perfect conditions. :cool1:

I have a buddy with a BONE stock '05 that runs 13.6's on stock pirelli tires. Its all in the driver and or suspension setup. Hell, my 400 rwhp coupe weighed 3200# with me in it and went 10.8's @ 125.
