View Full Version : PBR dual piston front brakes/rotors/pads

PBR complete front brakes from my 2001 Saleen S281.
Dual Piston Calipers with rubber brake lines/11" rotors/brake pads with 85% life.
I removed these Saturday,installed 13" and Cobra brakes. These calipers are bigger than Cobras, just have an 11" rotor.

does anyone know if these will work with stock SN brackets?

These are the same calipers used on '01-'04 GT (I have 2 sets of these) and they will only work on the brackets used for these calipers, not the '00-down brackets. However they will work on any SN spindle as long as you have the correct bracket. Some minimal grinding may be needed

Looks to me like these have the brackets so you should be good with these

If you look at the third picture, you can see the bolt holes on the top edge of the bracket. I unbolted these and bolted the Cobra brakes right to the spindle. That top edge is longer than the bottom, so it offsets them on the rotor. I'll post a pic of the back.
