I met with Alan on the 18th to pick up some parts for this AOD im building. He helped me take apart my clutch packs and replace the worn out Frictions and some steels,swapped out snap rings,showed me how to measure some things in the trans when assembled. Even had me a new reverse drum with new clutches waiting on me when I showed up. I learned alot while I was there. Alan know's his transmission's and Converters. Even saw that wicked prototype he has in there.
I have been sending him question after question in PM's every other day or so,and sure enough within about an hour he had me the answer's I needed and even took some questions over the phone. Always willing to take the time to answer them.
That is customer service.
It was a pleasure to do business with you Alan. And im sure I will be back for my next AOD build.
