So kings island is adding a dinosaur walk to their park this summer. Supposed to be the worlds largest collection of animatronic dinosaurs. A couple of different walking paths and a bunch of these things moving and making noise. Sounded cool until I see they are going to charge an EXTRA 5 dollars to go through it. 5 damn dollars a person. WTF?? Like they dont charge enough to get in , eat and god forbid your kid wants to loose at some way over priced game. 5 bucks is like a slap in the face. I like the waterpark but the rest of that place can go to hell. They may as well just go carnival style and sell tickets for rides. Any way if you havent been by there lately there is a big t rex out front so I stopped and took these pics...... I wonder if that thing is flammable.. just kidding.

We will venture into kiddie land for spring and fall, but mostly water works for us too. The extra charge reminds me of their tram in the "Wild Kingdom"...what a rip off that was. The only thing nice about that was the A/C in the tram cars.

The swing ride is in parts laying in the lot. That swing ride sounds crazy and there isnt a chance in hell I will ride it.

gay... I heard about a zoo they had there years back, that would have been cool. But I also heard a trainer got killed by a lion... 5 dollars for fake stuff? no please

This will be the first year in quite a while that I'm not buying a season pass. The swing ride isn't for me, and Cedar Point (and damn near every other Cedar Fair park) is getting the same ride. Just not worth shelling out that kind of money to me this year.

The only reason we get passes is for the water park. I live 5 min from kings island, they have parking for motorcycles right up front, and even in mid summer, on week days its pretty empty.

The best time to go to Rip-off Island and be able to walk on a couple of rides, the best days in my opinion is Tuesday and Wednesday.

that sucks my kids love goin to k.i. but im a big dude cant ride the rides with them so not even trin to pay that much this year plus a extra 5 bull shit
