1996 Cobra Convertible~8,000 Miles

Hey all, my neighbor is trying to help a friend sell this car. Unforunately, the man that bought it new died and his wife is selling the car as it just sits in the garage. It has one chip on the hood, otherwise as it should for such low mileage. She is asking 15k but I am sure it could be had for less. He brought the window sticker over, I believe it was between 26 and 28k new.
