Ok just thinking about a thread that maybe everyone , newbie or old timer , could post in and enjoy :bigthumb

What I did to my stang today.... for no real reason decided that I wanted to open the trunk and see how many cobwebs were in there. Ended up checking out my fuel cell and battery box. (time for a new one :D ) Decided to put her back on the gound only to find out one of the drag radials has gone flat Quick search and found a nail, just going to order a new set. Also ended up making myself a list of a few parts that need updating (or that I just want to change out). Not a whole lot but enough to make me want spring/summer to get here soon.

Rear axle seal in the Vette. I really dislike gear oil.

Just took off the lower Explorer intake to have RIXXX93GT drill and tap it for sensor in the 5th runner....Oh and removed said sensor from the original motor.

Plan on running the Mach in the Leprechaun Run 5 Road Rally today.

Put gas in the Mach 1, nothing like $3.85 for premium. Although I am always excited to calculate MPG and consistently get 22+ MPG even with freeway and some "spirit" street driving.

Changed the oil in mine. Got my tuner in the mail and flashed the tune and....It stumbled and ran like crap. Hopefully the tuner gets it figured out.

Im in the middle of a head swap on my track car, switching from gt40p heads and stock rockers to tfs 170cc heads and 1.72 roller rockers and doing a little porting to the cobra lower. I drive my 01 GT daily and it got a full tank of premium at 3.79 per gallon and bath/quik wax.

Walked past it this morning on my way to the wifes car to leave for work. It was asleep under the car cover,so I kicked it in the rear bumper as I walked past.

It will be leaving my driveway later today to head to Oxford so that I can pull the trans and swap in another one that I have been building. This will be my first AOD build that I have done.

After the trans swap it is getting sanded down. Ill drive it for a bit, then it heads to a friend of mine to hang some quarters on it.

Pulled it back 30 ft to get to something in the garage. So far I've driven it under 30 miles this year.

Nothing today cold, wanting to wax the 92 and call insurance and get full coverage back on it instead of fire and theft, so I can get it out hoping it warms back up soon, then wondering what is causing my check engine light in the cobra.

I accually picked up all my internals and block from Steve Barker and am going to start cleaning to get ready for reassembly. I picked up a few small things to make that easier and also a new electric water pump. I am shooting to be running by the end of April.

I was told you do and figured it is there for a reason so I will stick with it. I was lucky in that one of the two Explorer intakes I have had the place for it to be easily done. I did hear some people ad it somewhere in the intake tubing so you might want to look into that.

LOL, when I finished installing my shifter I did a linelock 3rd gear burnout, staged and made a full pass. All without leaving the garage! Sure I felt like I was 12 but it was just me in the garage and when I was done I laughed for 2 min straight. :bigthumb
