I had to buy another new set that are 1" shorter to run my newest wheels, they are new but have been bolted up.

so these are the 13in arms, correct? fox or sn95 ball joints? thanks

Yep, standard length with fox ball joints. I have the spacers with them that let you use them in SN spindles.
