89 instrument cluster

Needs to be a 140 speedo out an 89. Not sure if the others are different since this has tilt wheel.

It's gotta be 87-89 I beleive, its flat across the bottom (above the column) where the newer ones are curved upwards. I learned that from NXCoupe lol! I want one too if you run across a deal on two of em!
