96 cobra vortech s trim and new power pipe questions?

i have a 96 cobra and it has a vortech s trim and it make 8-10 lb of boost. if i buy a anderson power pipe and bolt it on will it need the be retuned?

it will for maximum gains, but I dont think you would have to. It just alows more air to be available for the supercharger to pull in. you will see your difference on the big end. Its alwsys best if you have a wide-band & monitor it.
