easy street cruise-in in milford every thursday

So every Thursday this new place is doin cruise-ins and its been having really good turn outs. Talked to the owners and he told me the more people that come every Thursday the more money he'll put into them. You can do burnouts, or just handout and meet some new faces. The owner is talkin about setting up specific places for burnouts and there's talk of setting up some drift, burnouts, etc contest. So anyone whose interested it starts at 9pm. Hope to see a lot of stangbangerz come thru this week.

It was fun!! I was at my son's til 7:30 in Milford so I stopped in about 8 or so. Nice turn out, some very nice cars. Nice to meet new people. :coo1: Didn't realize they allowed burnout and a little racing. What a 1/6 th of a mile total??

So I messaged duece on CSS (aka Nuff Respec - helps put on easy street) and asked him about the permits for the various events (drifting, burnouts, autox, etc.) and asked him to address the issue of the large trucks rolling black smoke through the crowd/cars and this was his repsonse:

"We just signed the contracts so the dyno are about two the three weeks from being set up and operational. We will be talking to the city this week about our permits. I am looking for concrete barriers today and tomorrow so at most 2 more week before we can.

As far as the black smoke I am trying to split the truck away from the cars. Also we have our code of conduct that everybody will be asked to sign when they arrive and black smoke is one thing that is big no on. So if anyone puffs smoke they will be asked to leave. Please come to the XS tent if you see this and we will personally escort them of the premises."

Apparently no dyno yet, the city is discussing the permits for the events that cause loud noises, so no burnout contests, drifting, or almost any other car related event is on the schedule as of now but they are trying to come up with less loud solutions for now.

A BMX course is being set-up at the request of their Scion Sponsor so that should be....interesting?

Anyways not to much new stuff going on other than cut backs, o yeah don't forget your five bucks!

They fucked them self saying all this stuff about having a dyno and burnout contest... It's a good thing I didn't drive my car down there last night I would have been really pissed, the danger ranger almost laid down some rubber so they would kick me out:lol:
