Does it really have to be as hard as it looks? Looks like you have to tear the whole damn dash apart to get to it. What made sense to the damn engineer when he decided to bolt a commonly changed part such as this in from the backside?!? So whats the scoop folks? I need to do mine asap, but am not sure which rout to take.

Not that hard, just loosen colum, loosen dash and there it is... LOL I have a complete heater core if you want it...

So you actually have to loosen the column and dash to slide the blower box out? Is it the same as changing the heater core? Because I may as well just pull the dash and do that too. This sucks balls, I hate to say it but, they shoulda taken a lesson from chebby on this one.
