I GOT A 96 GT WITH A 4.6 AODE
WHEN I KICK IT DOWN INTO PASSING GEAR IT HESITATES A MOMENT THENIT GOES,IS THERE ANYWAY TO ADJUST THIS OR ????

Sounds like you need to have the TPS checked out. The trans. by voltage from the TPS downshifts. (the aod pre 96 uses a detent cable ) Could also need a trans service. Trans service with lube guard should be around 125 bucks.

i'll check the voltage, it shifts great,but sometimes when you kick it down it hesitates for a sec b4 it takes off
