Header panel studs

The header panel I got had some really corroded nuts on the studs that go through the fender to support the bumper cover. When removing the nuts the studs backed out of the header panel instead of the nuts just freeing up. Anyone know where to get replacement studs or should I replace with something like self tapping screw? Don't really want to but any suggestions?

Koi paint should be able to get them through auveco.
