8.8 3.55's with complete rebuild kit

Buddy of mine picked this kit up for his grandmothers Explorer. Gabbard Ford tried telling the lady it needed gears when it was only a wheel bearing. Him being a Ford Tech he bought the parts himself and ended up not needing them. All parts are brand new from Ford and everything is still in the Ford Bags. He doesnt own a car that can use these so they are for sale. $250 OBO Can get pics and a list of everything that comes with the gears for those seriously interested. He told me they come with everything for the rear-end except the axle bearings.

I don't need the gears how much for the kit?
