10.80s? ... stage 1 cam? ... how much work was done to the combo? ... how heavy of a car was it? ... compression and rpm = horsepower, 10.5:1 and a stage 1 cam isnt either or ....... you must have a 1000 tricks up your sleeve when you built that one or a 2000 lb car?

just curious on this combo, im always looking to learn ............ maybe my building skills are not up to par, with the parts im running compared to your combo: maybe i should be going 9.90's?

I'm missing some serious stuff too. How does a motor that's that mild possibly run 10s. Has it been put on a dyno or anything? Must make close to 450rwhp or so. Did I read right? Afr 165s. Never the less it's a pretty good deal and will sell fast. Good luck

Will go not did go! Car was 2750 lbs. And actually went 11.13 with stock performers then switched to afr's. It's carb setup shifting @ 7000 proshifted hanlon tremec and steep gear . Not exactly a street car setup So probably 11.20-11.50 in heavier less setup combo. My 347 that I sold on here was dish piston 9.5 10.0/1 out of the box pro topline heads n111 cam.nothing fancy and went 10.50's n/a in my hatch.

Honestly why does it matter. It was a hell of a deal and it sold in less than a day.

i guess it doesnt matter...... i was curious to how a simple combo runs a 10.80 .....

he answered the question ........ "will go, did NOT go" ... went 11.13 with different heads and a different cam at 2750 lbs ...... that sheds some light on the post .......

anyway, helluva deal ........ i know the new owner is gonna enjoy it, i already heard the excitement :bigthumb
