Depends on weight of the front end but, 14" 175lb or 150lb is the norm!

ok the car is pretty stock, motor and and all, nothing been removed to lighten it up so would a 14" with a 175 spring be the way to go then ? and iam also running a strange adjustable strut

I could not get my car as low as I wanted in the front with a 14" spring. I swapped to a 170lb 12" front spring and it's much better now. This was recomended by Dave Zimmerman at Team Z which is what suspension I run up front.
BTW, I was running a 351w at the time.

ok so if i understand this the 14"/175 will give me height and travel versus 12"/200 stiff and no travel at the same height?

If im not mistaken,I run a 12'' front spring on mine also. I have no clue what the back springs are.

Actually rides quite good. Everyone thinks it would be a really rough ride but it is not at all. Not a good drag setup but if you want a good handling street car that does not beat your brains out works great.:bigthumb
