Been having mass issues diagnosing my rough running stang. Turns out a simple fuel pressure regulator was the culprit. New one in and she purrrs once again. Adam figured it out.

explain rough running please!!! my car is acting up again and im starting to think thats my problem.

Running rich, fuel pooling in upper intake, stalling, had to crank it several seconds to start it, stall when shifting from part to reverse / reverse to drive, throwing all sorts of codes, idle was messed up... I replaced dizzy (thought it might have been bad pip), replaced ignition control module, ECT (was throwing ECT code), plugs, wires, so basically it has just about all new ignition components, lol!

Good luck, I know we had a hell of a time finding this gremlin... just glad it's over now, hope you figure it out, believe me I know how frustrating it can be.

Wound up being a fuel pressure regulator spitting fuel back threw the vacuum...

mine isnt leaking it just seems to loose pressure after you rev it. it starts at 36-38 then when i hit the throttle it will go to 40-42 and when i let off it will go to around 20 then back to 36-38 and that was with a gss340 pump or a stock pump.
