Thought i'd post this up, a buddy of mine was saying he heard or saw somewhere that you can put a 03/04 sc on a 302w based motor? I can't seem to find anything on it and was just curious if anyone has heard or has done this?

Sounds like it would be a waste of time to me. With all the fab work you'd have to do to get it to mount to the motor and have the motor spin it, you'd probably be able to buy a better centrifugal kit.

That's kinda what i was thinking too but if all that had to be fabed up was a lower and then just figure out the pulley set up wouldnt be too bad....

except for the pulley system on a 03/04 is seperate to drive the blower then the normal serpentine set up. Is it possible probably with enough money. I can see a rich guy wanting it done and not caring about cost but a normal non-retarded guy would/should know better.

There's a thread about this on the corral, too much effort and $$ involved to make it worthwhile.

wow i didnt read it all but for the money looks pretty sweet....... for a roots style anyway I mean the cheapest i've seen any KB or anything like that has been about 3500 even used so to have 750 in adapter plates and you can pick up a Cobra SC for next to nothing..... but I don't like the high profile and the hood modification if it wasnt for that i'd consider it.......... maybe lol the one guy put down almost 500 on a stock bottom end with just GT40 heads, intake, a b cam and some headers...... not to shabby
