i just got done doing 2 transmission filter changes and put fuild back in the then i looked at the dipstick and one say mercon V and the other says mercon sp i didn't notice this until i put in the merconIII and now i'm frinking out what is the difference and do i need to get them both flushed out or is there a additive i can put in it and it will be ok what should i do please help:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

What transmission?
aod= dexIII/mercon
4r70w merconV
e4od/4r100= Mercon
5r110w= Mercon SP
most other ford transmissions use mercon V or it will supercede what it had originally.
SP is very expensive, supposedly I was told it is just super refined mercon because the 5r110 is very sensitive to any particles.

one is a 2000 E150 and the other is a 2009 F250 super dudy i just need to know if putting the mercon in it is it going to hurt anything or do i need to get it flushed out
