As far as I know yes. I used them on b heads but I believe all 4v heads had the same bolt pattern on the exhaust.

yes, the intake is the only difference between heads.

Bolt pattern is the same for all mod heads. Ive even seen 4v headers on a 2v turbo car and still work fine.
