What should i set the timing at on a 94 Gt 5.0 speed
has small cam,373 gears ,stock h-pipe w/flowmasters
gonna take smog stuff off one day this weekend

14deg with the spout removed.

You are just setting the base timing...

On 87-93 cars its at the end of a wire that is hanging near the distributor. On 94-95 its near the passenger side strut tower. The reason you disconnect the spout connector is so the computer doesn't automatically change the timing when you move the distributor, which will let you set the base timing.

Oh and whatever you do....Don't lose the spout connector. :D

ive seen the spout on a fox body, does it look the same on a 94-95 but over on the passenger side?

He's gonna need more than a few degrees timing Kevin. I'm gonna say gumby by 5-6 from a 20-30 roll. I'm hoping to have my coupe buttoned up this week so I can come to Middletown next weekend.

Dig race will be a little closer. Kevins suspension doesn't work as well as it should. I'd say it will be a 2-3 length race.

Sounds like u need some adjustable uppers and the pinion angle adjusted.
