FU S-K Tools

I have had SK tools for years, I really like the 1/4" drive stuff in tight spaces.

It is almost next to impossible to find anyone that carries their stuff anymore, so I e-mailed customer service, only to get this response....

This was after waiting 3 weeks for a so called "dealer" to contact me.

It was a standard chrome 1-1/8" socket I had broken on a breaker bar. Not using it on an impact, or anything crazy. (I have Mac impact sockets)

I break down and send it, (because I need it)....and OF COURSE...FAIL!

My f*cking socket showed evidence of abuse or expected wear from heavy use. Hmmmmm...really? So normal everyday use that results in your shit product to break is "heavy use?"

I'll just go to Harbor freight...at least their shit is cheap.

sounds like someone needs some regular Mac chrome sockets for his box now. Sucks that they didn't want to help. Especially for just one socket.

That sucks s-k have always been my favorites. I have a s-k 1/4 ratchet that I have had for many years. Looks like a cheapo one but is unbelievably strong. I recently started buying the s-k swivel sockets online since I cannot get snap on to replace my broken ones.

There's a place off Needmore rd in Dayton that sells S-K tools , i know cause mt step dad had to buy a tool and would only buy S-K. i will get a name for you and a number, its only about 5 min. from my house, might be tommorow but i will check into it for you..

I used to take all mine to get replaced at florence hardware. S-K tools says ace hardware is a distributor.

I used to go to florence hardware as well. Never any questions or grief.
