I've been working on my 1990 coupe for a while now and figured i would post up some of the work that i've gotten done!

I wanted to clean up the engine compartment some!

Then i filled in some more of the holes in the compartment!

After i got the engine bay roughed in i started with a new block!

I sent the Boss block, DSS pistons, SCAT rods and Ford Racing Billet crank to BES racing to get assembled!

Then on went the TEA ported Trickflow heads!

On with the rockers and girdle!

Then i buttoned it up with fab valvecovers, super victor intake, 105mm wilson elbow and TB!

After getting the engine ready i tore into the rear of the car! After cutting it apart in went a narrowed 8.8, 35 splined axles and spool, Wolf mini tubs, Stange brakes, adj upper and lower control arms, anti roll bar, QA1 coilovers, 15x10 weld prostars with MT 325 Radials!

After all that, i put the fuel cell and floor back in and sealed it all up!

Now that that was done i pushed it out and cleaned the metal dust off of it! Oh and the tail lights are not staying so if you are interested they are for sale cheap!!!

Before dropping in the engine i ordered a set of forward facing headers from Ponydown.net, and sent my budget junkyard turbo to Reed at Supernatural Turbo so he could work his magic!

Next i test fitted the engine and Rossler Th400!

Now all trimmed up!

Next i had to make a mount for the Th400!

Now i had to make a crossover to the turbo that i just mounted!

Next i made a down pipe out of some stuff i had laying around!

5" split into two 4" pipes that will exit the front of both fenders! Why?? Because i can!!!

Thats about as far as i have gotten with it over the last year, next on the list is to plumb the waste gate back into the down pipe and run the rest of the down pipe out the fenders! After that its going out to Rob's shop in williamsburg to put the air/water intercooler under the dash and run cold piping! Here is one last pic of how it sits today all clean again!

Looks great, man these projects take alot of work. I am in the same situation, I am in the process of smoothing everything out under the hood. I need some other body work done and have a roll cage installed and certified.
