Ok, thats what I thought it looked like Rob's old car.
It's my chassis...Craigs drivetrain (stock 466 +100shot). We're real happy with the car. Can't wait till our November race at edgewater. You guys should come out and watch. Its always a good time.

Why do we need a 1/4 mile time when the car was built for 8.5 racing which is all 1/8th mile?? We have a pretty good idea of what it'll run in the 1/4...Just don't have a reason to do it.

How did you build it for 8.5 racing other than bolt 8.5s on it?Does it have a 8.5 intake?Or is it the 8.5 Trans?It has a 410 gear and a convertor from the swap meet out of a bracket car you really dont know what it is..Where is the built for 8.5 part?You are ate up!!LOL!!I just think it would be cool to see it get in the 8's!!!!:D

We built the car to RACE in 8.5....You know, that class you said you were gonna race in...but haven't showed up to yet, lol. We didn't build it just to play around at test and tune. As far as getting in the 8's, that doesn't prove anything....Our next goal is going some 5.60's!! If everyone else is gunning for the 8's...Goodluck!!!

I think once it"s dialed in.It will do that.
cangrats. i wish shawn and some of the heavy hitters would have went. he won last year. just went a 5.43 @ 129 on 8.5

Mine went a 5.7? and coasted through at low 9s.

Ya building a car on one hit and miss paycheck takes a while..LOL!!But its together.Got me some new tires and gonna try to make some good passes.Dont know how fast I can go for this year but I will do My best..I think Craig can go some 60's He will just keep getting more used to the car and keep going faster!!!:bigthumb

Craig still has it. Only reason his motor is in my car is because my car had all brand new suspension and cage and ready for a powerplant. Both cars will probably be out next year
