Well I have always had trouble giving these things, but I felt compelled to give one to Adam.
I have been having some small (gremlins) and drivability issues for some time now and luckily S&M is just down the street from me.
With out any expectations of getting my business Adam was more than willing to help me to diagnose my issues. After many failed attempts to correct them my self and getting over my apprehension to have yet another tune I decided to give Adam a shot.
Well we made a deal on the price for the repair and I have to say this man went completely out of his way to fix my car, many hours were spent on the dyno and many electronic components were found to be malfunctioning. He allowed me to replace them on my own and went so far as to have them delivered to me while my car tied up his shop.
I think that this is the first time I have ever had work done and felt the need to pay more than I was charged.
Adam even went as far as to explain what he was doing in the tune and answered all my annoying questions.
The end result is I have a car that I love and it runs perfectly! Now maybe I will get to drive it more often since it runs so good!

There are a lot of great shops in this area and I have had good dealings with most of them. It is really hard to say use one and not the other when I have been helped in different aspects by each.
