so i bout these wheels about a month ago and they need all new rubber and i dont plan on running them till next year so they have just been sitting in the garage. they were filthy when i got them so i decided to go out and see how they would clean up. and decided to snap a couple pics.they still have a long way to go but i got started on them...:rockon:

Lookin good man, I did a set of those for BBFStanger a couple years ago. They never made a fully polished set of Convo Pro's, but he sure has em now lol. Go to Harbor Freight and get yourself a polishing kit, and a die grinder. You will be sooo glad you did when your done. I powerballed my Drag Lites a couple weeks ago, and they looked 1000 times better, but that stuff is short lived. A real buffing does wonders!

yeah i like them to. they should turn out pretty good when i do actually polish them i just did this by hand.

thats funny you said that cause i wa thinking about that the whole time i was working on them today. im on the fence about it tho. i cant decide if i would like it or not.

If you do them and they turn out nice , I may have to trade ya the draglites for em..

It might look good at first but keeping them looking good with half spray paint and half polished is going to be a pain. I would just pay a few bucks to someone who does professional polishing and bring them back to new condition. They're a bitch to keep clean but when they're blingin they sure look hot.

When you get them perfect I can powder clear them and then you won't have to worry about polishing them anymore:bigthumb

x2 , I may have to get the draglites done.. I thought about having them done in black powder coat but i dont know how it would look on a Wild Strawberry GT , any body got any pics of draglites powder coated black or any other color..
