Hey James actually the factory plastics are not that expensive at least compared to aftermarket plastics. I got mine at Honda Suzuki of Florence.

How much are we talkin Kenny? I found a set of cosmetically blemmed maiers in white on eBay for a good price. I wanna go white with black pc's wheels

I believe somewhere in the $290 range for front fenders, rears and tank cover. I would also start looking for some 450r front shocks as well, made a huge difference.

I know a little. I bet it is the switch itself, not uncommon for them to go bad. I bought a new ebay one for my last quad and it solved the problem

Do the 400's have a starter solenoid on them? I know my older 300ex had one and that went bad. Something simple to check.
