Wanted: 3.55 Gear and trac lok ASAMFP!!

Steve (Steves LX) called me and wanted me to throw up a thread looking for a 3.55 and trac lok for his F150 needed ASAP!!

Something is deathly wrong with it to the point its buldged and cracked the diff cover and he's 3 hours from home :eek:

So far its rolling smooth but something has definitely let go in the housing.

The stock truck diffs are 31 spine aren't they??

I am pretty sure. Something has gone very wacky with it. His ABS is all screwy too. So I am assuming the reluctor thats pressed on between the gear and trac lok is trashed too

I've got a stock 28spine diff but not 31 spine, sorry.

I dont think his truck is a 8.8 rear though.

Its an 8.8, gave him a 3.55 i had last year when his previous gear had too much wear.

I've got both if it's 8.8 and 28spline. 50 for the trac loc 75 for the gear.

We got it apart and it wasnt looking good, but the gear is ok, and the diff is salvagable. Helped getting it disassembled, had to leave but he's about got it back together.
