Like new. Came from my neighbors house. He is having a wall w/ sliding door put in. Original owner/builder of the house had this installed so he could put his mower into the downstairs basement. Was never used much. It is an insulated door, aluminum, and has windows. Comes with all the tracks/springs/etc. Not a motorized door.
