It's not as bad as you think.....there is a clip, kind of like the clips used to pin-on Plastic car bodies onto RC cars. You will have to use needlenose to get it, but it should simply pull out by grabbing the circular end. From there, it's simple as sliding the brake switch and plastic spacer off of the linkage. Once you get the clip out, you are golden! Hope this helps, I can take a pic if necessary when I get home.

Yeah you will need some needle nose pliers to get it out...PIA. I am not looking forward to hooking mine back up.

Honestly I can not remember...but I think either that or straight down. Everything will slip off easy then.

i have succeeded at disconnecting the pedal from the booster. now i am having problems with that last top corner nut. i have the steering column dropped alittle bit but it can be dropped all the way. would that be the best thing to do. that nut is impossible...

Patience...It is just a PIA to get off. I finally just found the right position and was able to get it off. I believe I used a 6" extention and a swivle socket to get it off.

I did...I know some sites will tell you to lower it but I did not. I think I had to come back a second day and do it too...because I was way to pissed after messing with it forever.

Patience is the key to that job.
