99 explore engine

I have a chance to buy a complete 99 explore 5.0. The engine ran when car was wrecked, has busted oil pan. Can pick up for 200. What are your thoughts?

If the motor runs fine (never ran out of oil), then snag it! The heads and intake are worth that and then some by themselves!

It is a win win. The heads and intake are worth $300 all day long...pending the heads are not damaged.
