Tried a new Pizza place recently and it is really good. Rosario's is a New York style pizza with the real thin crust. All their stuff is made there. Russell makes his own sauce and dough. The cheese he uses is the real deal, not something from a lab. Russell, the owner, is a bit eccentric, but a heck of a nice, and funny guy. Only negative, they don't sell beer, but I asked him and he let me bring my own in. It's a small place with only 2 booths. They do mainly carry out. Rosario's has only been there about 8 weeks. I was so impressed with both the pizza and the owner, I thought I'd try to spred the word. If you like good, New York style pizza, give Rosario's a try. I know I'll be back. :)

Yea. I think there's a Speedway gas station there. Rosario's is right next to the seafood store place.

Setting in the place now. I recognized the owner. He has a shop on fields ertan and closed it 6 months ago. The rent was crazy over there. I'm so excited this is his new place. Can't wait to get it home and tear into it.

I've never had a true New York style pizza, but since I'm in the area between my courier routes, I might have to try it!

For thin crust I prefer Donatos or better yet, Cassanos in Fairfield.

I'm glad you enjoyed the experience. Their pizza really is a "cut above". Spred the word, they can use the business. :)

went to rosario's last night. We called at 6:50 pm and they closed at 7. He waited for us to get there and we ate in, stayed a hour after closing. Super nice guy, good pizza, awsome galic knots, made my daughter a small custom smiley pizza. Highly recommended, support the small guys!!!!

Wow closed at 7? That seems a bit early for a pizza joint to close lol!!
