Replaced fuel pressure regulator, while there put my powder coated valve covers on. Now the rest looks bad. Picked up a hood over the weekend. Also got an auburn pro series carrier for the rear, and disk brake rear end.

I really like the hood. Looks sweet. And the powder coat as well. And I feel ya on the rest looks bad. Lol. After the BBK throttle intake and new Shiney Cai I looked at pics and was ashamed. Lol.

Put some time in the 86, got new rear hatch, new sunroof, rounded up very very nice quarter glass to put in , trying to get what I can do done and send it off to get painted finally. Need headliner help if anyone is available. Anyway, keeping busy with too many projects.

Got battery moved to the back. Slowly but very slowly making progress.

Found alot of dirt, no rust at least. Will clean up under the battery over the weekend. Amazing how much room is seems to open up.

Got back under mine yesterday. Got my 3 inch exhaust tucked in, tested the 28x8.5's. They fit, can still fit quad shocks if I can't get the wheel hop under control.

I have the msd to go on, then I have one more part for under the hood to go on. Then I'm done under the hood for now. I'll he able to make passes then. I'll get all the tubular stuff put up underneath over the winter. I still need lower control arms for up front, then whatever I'm going to do about the backs.

Thanks everyone. I've had ALOT of support from several members. ALOT of contributions, several offered to help get the suspension all squared away when I get to putting it in, two offered to dial in the rear when I go adjustable. Technology passed me up in 98 when I put the car aside to raise a family, now with the 3 boys grown I decided to get back to it, I fell so far behind in technology, now I'm trying to catch up,. What most here know, I am learning once again. I've had to once again slow down to raise more kids (grandchildren ). I wouldn't trade her for the world. Just a moment out of my busy schedule to say thanks, thanks specially to aaron, mike bell, rick , brian and shayne ! And several others. One part at a time, one step at a time I will catch up. Before long I hope to make a title shot, or at least let someone know an old man gave em one hell of a run for their money! Pick a brother up people, never put em down!

Ok car been sitting for 6 weeks or so. Wiring issue. Worked a 3to11 midnight the other night. Woke up at 9 am after the double and realized what I did wrong. So outside I go, in underwear and t shirt, switched 2 wires, put battery back in, and it's up and running again !!!!

Also front struts, any opinion?? I have new on there now, they just are Monroe struts, upgrade em with what? Or just run the monroes??? Opinions?

You going to run coil overs on the front? Id go with the Strange 10 ways also. Fairly cheap and Ive always had good luck with them.

UPR bump steer kits are what Ive always used too. No problems with them.

Great intake. I just swapped one of those out for a guy, removed victor 5.0 intake and installed spyder. Lost some low end torque butpicked up big time over 4500. Like 60 rwhp so far. Apples to apples was 45 rwhp. With some tuning and getting a/f on point its up to 60 more now. Gonna make final wot pulls today after lunch is over. I will show u dyno graphs if u stop by.

Well I dont know, it runs, carries great oil pressure, and doesn't over heat. Tires and valve stems are dry rotted... at some point I need to replace head liner, it's now hanging as well.. and I'll need a bigger fuel pump. But for now I'm happy just to hear it run again brian..
