I've got a 1996 trans am for sale as a project or whatever parts you may want.

car blew up last year so the motor is out and its just a shell. I have a shortblock 355 lt1 that I just built for it I need to sell too. seperate or whole, I'm not too picky but I know what I have in it.

Shell is a 1996 ws6 6 speed in good shape, 143K on the shell already sold the t56, tail lights and passenger head light everything else is there.

Motor specs
355 lt1 ironblock Machined at New Power
bored/honed to 4.0300", decked the block to 9.010 or 9.005", align honed the mains, installed cam bearings and block plugs
FelPro gasket kit CS9966
FelPro intake man. gasket #1284
Mahle PowerPak SBC250030F05
SCAT 6" I-beam rods #2ICR-6000-7/16

Compression ratio with stock heads that I have would be 11.8:1 this is a great nitrous motor or just a solid motor to beat the piss out of. I'm asking for the shortblock sorry no cam. Also have a whole mess of other engine parts, 2 oil pans, 4 valve covers, 2 timing covers. This isn't my first lt1 so just ask and I might have it. Also have a trick flow intake elbow and cold air intake.

Heads are stock aluminum heads with stronger springs that should run any cam up to .6 intake and exhaust lift without a problem. No they won't fit your elcamino they're reverse flow.

I also have two 10lb nitrous bottles, NOS brand, and a 20 ft line with a gauge in it. $250 for both and the line

Prices are all obo but don't waste my time cause chances are if you buy something there are plenty of parts i have that I'll just give you with it.

car made it cross country a few times and to the track way more than a few. I'm not getting my favorite car to drive like a bitch. I'm glad it got a bit of a reputation don't care good or bad i had a blast. was waiting for it to blow up to build the motor i wanted for it. money didn't work out, believe me i wanted to keep it my whole life, things just turned out different for me. I've got 4 weeks left to get rid of it, please spread the word if you can. I don't want to have to scrap good parts.
