I have a 1999 dodge ram ext cab, just need it painted same color, and 1 little spot of rust fixed. no need to do the door jams just the outer truck. I have something to trade to anyone who can do the job....It goes (BOOM)

fyi, If rust is showing externally the inside of that panel is 10x worse. Any patch repair will only last for a short time. unless the inside is also repaired...
